then what to expect . . .
After pressing the #, you are in a holding pattern. If you are the only caller, there will be music in the background.
If someone else joins the call the music will stop, they will announce themselves and you can talk amongst yourselves.
At 10am or when the church joins the call. If you are listening to music, it will stop. All callers are connected. You will hear the the First Reader will say "hello" and then begin the service.
Then, please mute your phone.
